Formlume connects Claude and ChatGPT to Google Forms. Describe the form you need and it appears in your own Google Drive, with sections, branching, quiz answer keys and points. Later, ask how people answered and get totals and charts right in the chat.
What it can do
- Create forms and quizzes: short answer, paragraph, multiple choice, checkboxes, dropdown, linear scale, rating, date, time and grids
- Add, replace or remove questions; change the title, description or quiz mode
- Publish a form, close it to new responses, or reopen it
- List the forms it made, read individual responses, and summarize them with charts
Built to ask for as little as possible
Formlume only asks Google for access to files it creates (the drive.file permission) plus your email address. It can't see your other forms, documents or Drive files.
