By using Formlume you agree to these terms. Formlume is provided by Pratik Poddar.

The service

Formlume lets an AI assistant you connect create, edit, publish and read Google Forms in your Google account at your request. You're responsible for the forms you create and the data you collect with them, including getting any consent your respondents need.

Plans and billing

Free includes 3 new forms a month. Pro is $6 a month or $49 a year with a 7-day trial, billed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds follow Dodo Payments' policy and applicable law.

Acceptable use

Don't use Formlume for phishing, collecting passwords or payment card numbers, spam, or anything illegal or against Google's terms.

Availability and changes

We aim for reliable service but provide Formlume “as is”, without warranties. We may change or discontinue features with notice on this site.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
